This is a workshop for people who have been exploring ENM for a month, an year or 10 years or more! Presented by ENM Australia, this workshop has sold out in both Sydney and Melbourne this year, and is now coming to Brisbane for the very first time.
Navigating Ethical Non-Monogamy can be challenging yet rewarding, and this masterclass is here to provide the tools and support you need navigating through this journey.
With 17 years of ENM experience, and a history of guiding hundreds of individuals and couples, James from ENM Australia will equip you with the tools to strengthen and sustain your ENM relationships. Whether you are single, in partnership, solo-poly, RA, monogamish or in a seven person polycule, this workshop will have something for you.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
Pro communication frameworks / techniques and tools to face and navigate:
Jealousy
Fostering compassion and embracing your partner’s joy
Building and refining agreements, rules, and boundaries
How to cultivate secure attachment(s)
This workshop is for all genders and sexualities.
